1Time airline pioneered the South African low-cost airline category. It was founded in 2004 and derives its name from the South African expression “one time” meaning ‘for real’.
1Time offers flight, hotel, car and group bookings as well as holiday packages and travel insurance. In addition to its six local destinations including George, East London and Port Elizabeth, 1Time operates routes to and from Zanzibar, Mozambique and Zambia. ‘AbouTime’ is 1Time’s free and exclusive monthly in-flight magazine.
