Mango
Mango is a subsidiary of SAA and was launched in 2006. It is recognised by its bright orange aircraft branding. In 2011, Mango was awarded South Africa’s coolest low cost airline at the Generation Next awards. Mango comes in second overall, to SAA as the country’s best local airline. Mango offers flight, hotel, car and group booking services. Mango operates routes to and from Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Bloemfontein.
It was the first domestic airline to implement a green fee and embrace social media. Mango’s on-board ‘Juice’ magazine is available free to all passengers and can also be viewed online. As an airline of ‘firsts’ Mango offers an efficient and innovative local airline service.
